This unit is in charge of distribution of enquiry letters to various banks, distribution of reminder letters when necessary, paying in cheques, banks drafts of various bank into the High Court account (deposit), confirmation of cheques issues by various banks in FCT, including banks in Abaji, Kuje, Gwagwalada, Zuba to Probate Account on daily basis, depositing of all cheques issues by various banks, confirmation of cheques to make sure it is cleared into the High Court account, at least three times in a week and making enquires of other correspondence assigned out in respect of probate matters.
