The Honorable Chief Judge of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in exercise of the Power conferred on Him by Section 259 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended) and section 490 (b) and (g) of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act 2015 has on the 8th July, 2024 signed into force two (2) legislations as follow:
- Practice Direction on the efficient implementation of Remand Proceedings Pursuant to the Administration of Criminal Justice act 2015.
- Guideline and Monitoring Framework for the implementation of remand Proceedings under Part 30 of the Administration of Criminal justice Act, 2015.
