As part of continuous repositioning and improving Justice delivery, three Judges of the FCT Judiciary have been elevated to the Court of Appeal.
However, the number of the Judges at the FCT Judiciary has been increased with the appointment and swearing in of 12 Judges by the Hon. the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Hon. Justice Olukayode Ariwoola on this day 10th July, 2924
The following Judges were elevated;

- Hon. Justice A. Akanbi Yusuf
- Hon. Justice E. Enenche
While the following were appointed to the FCT Judiciary;
