The unit is responsible for:-
- Receive goods supplied by the contractors
- Ensure safety of goods received
- Keep inventory of goods and properties
- Issuance of items to various Unit and Department.
- Ensure that goods are supplied in a good condition
- Reconciling tally card with ledger cards balances.
- Examining stores and stored accounts records and documents
- Reconciling tally cards entries with ledger cards.
