The Functions of the Appeal Unit are as follows:-
- They are vested with the responsibility of receiving and registration of all Appeals emanating from the decisions of High Court and Magistrate Court
- It co-ordinate appeals sessions from the decisions of the Magistrate Courts to the High Court.
- It complies and transmits record of Appeal emanating from the decision of the High Court to the Court of Appeal.
