Legal Unit

The functions of the Legal Unit is as follows:-

• Handling of all matter affecting the Court and Staff
• Handling of Probate Matters, Judicial review of official matters of presiding Magistrate/District Court Judges and other interior Court and Tribunal
• Verification of genuineness of property to be purchased by the organization and issuing report accordingly.
